My academic background and years in operational Human Resources roles led me to start consulting in 2005. After a few years working for one of New Zealand’s most respected HR Organisational Development Consultancies I set up my own Organisational Development practice in 2009.
My ability to design, advise and critique the Human Resource systems and tools that underpin organisations is sought after. My pragmatic approach ensures that my advice and recommendations are grounded in reality and many of my clients have been with me since the beginning.
I have worked with many global organisations, Universities, Crown Research Institutes, City and Regional Councils, Emergency Services, large tourism organisations and many SME’s throughout New Zealand and my knowledge bank is deep and varied, helping to bring fresh thinking that actually works.

I am sought after as a facilitator as I deliver with an energy and style that is uplifting, whilst at times challenging for those present. Don’t expect to sit there and not participate! I'm a skilled questioner that can help create clarity from chaos.
My workshops are designed with contemporary adult learning theory considered in their design and content, so expect pre-work, interaction and homework!
Recognised as a subject expert in team building, change leadership, conflict resolution, communication, career planning, wellbeing and resiliency, and being able to follow through with consulting or coaching ensures that my workshops have stickability in their behavioural change.
